Notice of Filming and Photographer
When you attend a Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours. You release Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours or the person or entity designated to do so by Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If for any reason a video, image, or any other form of recording of you is used by Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours for any one of the above-mentioned purposes, and you would like it removed, please email your request for removal to sinfulshenanigansevents@gmail.com.

Documentation
All persons traveling outside of their country of residence are required to have a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months after your proposed travel dates end. Some countries may also require a Visitor’s Visa for certain nationalities visiting their country. Please visit http://www.visahq.com to check and confirm your documentation requirements. Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours will not be held liable for a traveler’s failure to produce their passport to required immigration authorities during their trip. In the case that a failure to obtain or produce your passport results in you being unable to travel, your reservation will still be held to the above cancelation policies and a refund will not be issued.

Payment Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Check-in & Check-Out
Check-in time is 4 pm or later. Checkout time is 10 am. Early Check-In is by request only and cannot be guaranteed. Late Checkout must be coordinated with the hotel/Villa and is subject to their approval and availability. 

Special Requests
Please note that we do not guarantee that we will accommodate special requests, as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel. If you require an accessibility request (i.e., wheelchair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation so that we can see if we can accommodate.
